You Don’t Have to Live Like This!
No matter how long you've been struggling, healing and lasting change are possible.
Perhaps you've spent years battling anxiety, self-doubt, painful memories, or relationship struggles. You may feel trapped by patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change. Maybe you find yourself avoiding situations, second-guessing yourself, or carrying emotional wounds that continue to affect your life today.
The good news is that these struggles often make sense once we understand where they came from and how they continue to operate in your life. Together, we can identify the deeper beliefs, emotional wounds, and relational patterns that keep you stuck. As those underlying issues are addressed, many people experience greater peace, confidence, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of freedom.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond simply coping and begin creating meaningful change. My goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily, but to help you build a healthier foundation for the future. For clients who desire it, faith and spirituality can also be integrated into the counseling process as a source of healing, strength, and hope.

Who I Work With
Abuse Recovery
If past experiences have left you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, I specialize in helping people break free from the effects of abuse and rediscover their strength, empowering them to move forward with confidence and connection.
Couples Seeking Connection
Marriage can be complicated. Whether you’re facing communication challenges, seeking a deeper bond, or working toward unity, I help married couples who are both committed to fostering connection and building a stronger partnership in all aspects of their relationship. Together, we’ll work toward growth and deeper understanding while striving to rebuild unity.
Chronic Illness
I work with individuals experiencing chronic illness, especially when medical treatments alone aren’t bringing relief, or doctors are uncertain about the root cause of their symptoms. Often, unresolved emotions or stress can significantly influence the body, contributing to persistent symptoms or pain. I help clients uncover and address the emotional components of their illness, enabling them to experience fewer symptoms, reduced pain, and a greater sense of control over their health.
Anxiety
I help individuals struggling with anxiety (and social anxiety in particular) by getting to the root of the issue—identifying the core beliefs that fuel their worries. Together, we challenge and explore the relevant belief patterns, fostering long-term relief and empowering clients to manage anxiety more effectively.
Terrible Events
Healing from trauma is possible—and so is becoming whole. While the work can be challenging and at times painful, many of my clients have shared that it’s been worth the effort. My approach focuses on integrating your past into a meaningful narrative, not erasing it, so that you can move forward with peace and strength, no longer held back by the pain of the past.
Grieving a Tragic Loss
Loss can be devastating. Together, we’ll navigate the pain, foster healing, and work toward finding meaning and peace amidst the sorrow, creating a path forward that honors your journey.
Spiritual Dimension
For clients who wish to include a spiritual aspect in their journey, I offer a supportive space to explore healing, growth, and connection through the lens of faith. As my office is located within a Catholic Church, I welcome those who value integrating spirituality into their path to wholeness.
